Noël is a Creative Strategist at Netflix, overseeing launches for animated and unscripted titles. Before, she was a design director at truTV and Nickelodeon, a professor at Parsons, and ran a small design studio. She started in magazines (Vogue, Details, Sassy, Nickelodeon Magazine) in the 90s, where she was thrilled to get the chance to pay illustrators for their work.
